The following outlines company policy and terms and conditions.
All items are packed to a very high standard to ensure that all items reach their destination in good order. Should you be unfortunate to receive an item that is (damaged due to posting) please ensure you do the following. Failure to do so will void your guarantee.
All damage should be reported within 24hours of reciept via email , telephone or direct returns:

If your item has been has been damaged in delivery, you must attach a photo to show the nature of the damage and delivery note must be signed ''damaged on receipt'' failure to do so will void guarantee.
If your item is faulty please notify within 24 hours. We will be happy to discuss suitable repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to offer repair or replacement before a full refund is given. You are responsible for the items safe return to the workshop. Further unnecessary damage will result in loss of refund.
Full instructions for fitting will provided with purchase (where applicable)
Full care instructions will be provided with product
Photo graphic evidence will provided by the sender to show good condition on dispatch
All works will have to approved in writing by client, before fabrication can begin. This can be done via paper correspondence or via electronic mailing.
Should the agreed design brief be changed whilst fabrication has commenced an extra material or labour charge will be added to invoice.
Graphics must be the property of the owner, and copyright cleared.
The graphics/text represent the views and opinions of our clients and not that of ''The SignWriting Company'' or individuals associated with it.
All orders will be subject to a 50% deposit charge.
Full payment must be made either on collection of item or email containing image of final product packed ready for dispatch.
All items remain the property of ''The SignWriting company'' until paid for in full.
Quotations are valid for thirty days, and can be subject to fluctuating material costs.
We presently accept payment via BAKS or cheque. (Cheque payable to ''Mr Thomas Corley''.
All of products are made from the highest quality material's. All ''stone's'' are natural products and are subject to regular changes in shade,crystal formation and colour texture. We will all ways make sure that any large changes are in colour are approved by the client before fabrication commences.
Material conformation can be achieved by either sending a sample (£5) per sample posted, or by visiting the showroom and looking at the material's in person. This is the most accurate way as the clients can see larger pieces of the product Showing the true nature of the material.
